Returns/Exchanges Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Within 24 hours of order placement you can cancel for a full refund.

After 24 hours and if the order has not shipped, a 20% of order will be withheld from refund for handling, payment processing costs, etc…


Return/Exchange Policy:

Orders that have shipped, can be returned within 3 business days of receipt (as confirmed by shipper). Please call or email us BEFORE return or exchange. You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance back to our shop. If return, a restocking charge of 15% will be assessed as well as the original shipping costs. If an exchange, only the original shipping costs will be charged. If the item arrives damaged (not due to shipping damage), repair costs will also be assessed.


Shipping Damages Policy:

If the item or items arrived damaged, call or email us immediately for instructions. Please take pictures of the package and damaged item or items. Keep all packing materials. We will handle your claim with the shipper as quickly as possible including repairing and/or replacing the item.
